The staff were super cute and friendly, i was really impressed. the gym had everything i needed for a good workout. the hotel was also calm and clean. It was a nice environment.
The window had a crack and let cold air in. It was very cold. i informed the receptionist, but she only said sorry. That was it. there was no complimentary water in the room either!
